Event Information
Are you or someone you know struggling with hearing loss? Hearing loss treatments have advanced beyond hearing aids to include cochlear implants and robotic assistance. Learn more about these technologies and potential benefits in this upcoming free webinar on July 23 at 1 pm ET.
What is a cochlear implant? When hearing loss has progressed where hearing aids are no longer providing a significant benefit, a cochlear implant can be considered. A cochlear implant is an implantable device placed under the skin with an external processor. This device enables individuals with hearing loss to perceive speech and sound. A cochlear implant bypasses damaged parts of the ear and sends an electrical signal to stimulate the auditory nerve directly.
This webinar will provide more details on cochlear implants, candidacy, and the benefits of robotic-assistance for cochlear implant surgery.
