CIICA Conversation: Person Centered CI Services: Can We Measure Them?

The Cochlear Implant International Community of Action (CIICA) hosts conversations among small groups to discuss a suggested topic for a short time: one hour. The conversations are facilitated by Community Members, captioned, and the summary of the issues which emerged are published on the website afterward. 

During this conversation, Kris English and Paul Sommer will lead this Conversation in the next of the series on Person Centred CI Services. Paul is an expert in patient engagement, and a CI user himself, and will help participants think about what Person Centered CI services may look like and how there may be ways of assessing them. What tools are already available?  What has been your experience?
