Pinpoint Patient Recruiting, a U.S.-based recruiting company, is looking for parents and caregivers of children with severe-to-profound hearing loss to share their experiences and opinions in an online interview.
Participation starts with a brief online questionnaire to check eligibility, followed by a 10-minute phone call with a member of the Pinpoint team. Caregivers who move forward will be asked to confirm their child's hearing loss diagnosis, such as with a screenshot from a medical record or a letter from a healthcare provider. The final step is a 30-minute online interview with a healthcare researcher, with video and caption options available. Compensation is available for those who qualify and complete the interview.
To be eligible, participants must be 18 or older, live in the U.S., and care for a child under 18 who has severe to profound hearing loss and has experienced difficulty hearing or understanding speech. Caregivers who start the questionnaire will also be asked to join Pinpoint's participant community, which the company says they can opt out of at any time. Pinpoint states that all information shared will remain confidential.
Enrollment is open through October 16, 2026.
