The Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) officially launched Auracast on June 8, 2022. This public announcement of the broadcast and audio-sharing service was accompanied by the launch of a promotional site, AURACAST™ MICROSITE.

It's been almost a year since the Bluetooth SIG "officially launched" Auracast, whatever that means? I haven't heard much about it for many months, what's the status? When/how/where will Auracast enabled devices be available to try in the US? A status update would be appreciated. We are all very impatiently waiting... ;)

One way to get a better sense of Auracast would be to watch the captioned video we shared here:

If you happen to be going to the HLAA convention in New Orleans next month, there will be a workshop and a booth in the exhibit hall on Auracast.
The workshop is called Keeping up with Progress and Deployment of Auracast Broadcast Audio – Latest Updates from the Market will be given by Chuck Sabin on Thursday, June 29, 9:30-10:45 am
