Launch of EFHOH's Hearing Loss Inclusive Employment Toolkit

The European Federation of Hard of Hearing People is hosting a webinar to introduce its new Hearing Loss Inclusive Employment Toolkit, a practical resource for employers on creating more accessible workplaces for hard of hearing employees. The session will cover the toolkit's key recommendations and guidance on communication access, reasonable accommodations, recruitment, and employee retention. It will bring together policy perspectives, employer examples, and lived experiences from hard of hearing workers.
