Through ICAAT's Co-Design Connect service, industry participants can create and post recruitment opportunities for product reviews. Product reviews by consumers can offer industry insightful feedback from users with hearing loss. Reviews can improve understanding of a product’s audience and their needs, leading to better product design and continued product improvement.
